1.1. Purpose of the Manual: This manual outlines the policies and procedures for students participating in the Land Agent Network online courses, certification and group coaching programs focused on rural land sales, marketing, and communication skills for real estate agents.

 

1.2. Scope of Online Courses and Group Coaching: These programs are designed to provide comprehensive education and practical training in rural land sales, marketing, and communication skills.

 2. Enrollment:

4.2. Scheduling and Participation: Coaching sessions will be scheduled and communicated in advance, and attendance is strongly encouraged.

 

4.3. Interaction with Coaches: Respectful and active participation is expected during coaching sessions.

 

4.4. Group Coaching Guidelines: Specific guidelines for group coaching etiquette will be shared by the coaching facilitator.

 

 5. Student Responsibilities:

5.1. Attendance and Participation: Regular attendance and active participation are essential for successful learning.

 

5.2. Academic Integrity: Plagiarism and academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited.
