Our Mission

Our one goal and mission is that we empower real estate agents to become more knowledgeable and professional in the rural land sector of real estate. We want to assist those agents that want to add rural land to their portfolio, who want to grow and scale their real estate business with the latest in courses, coaching, communication, and marketing skills.

Our program works because it was developed by agents for agents.

Our programs are created by agents and industry experts, keeping in mind our only goal; which is to deliver quality training and courses to assist real estate agents grow and run a sustainable rural land business.

Our Founders

Our two founders have always had the desire to assist other people. From buyers and sellers to other agents in the industry. Land Agent Network was formed out of the desire to assist other agents become more knowledgeable in the rural land sector of real estate.

Robert 'Bob' Bahe

Co-Founder, CEO

Robert Bahe, better known as Bob, has been in the real estate industry for over 45 years and over 20 years as a business consultant. He was the past President of the Oklahoma REALTORS Land Institute (RLI), the 2010 OK RLI Broker of the year. He is one of Southeast Oklahoma's leading Cattle, Land, Timber & Minerals Specialist and is on the OREC Forms Committee. His on running sales volume in SE Oklahoma alone exceeds $60 million. Bob is the managing broker of the Accredited Land Brokers Team with eXp Realty and an Accredited Land Consultant through RLI. Bob is always eager to pass his knowledge and experience of real estate, ranching, feedlots, farming, communication, marketing and business skills onto his team. His memberships include but are not limited to: National Realtors Association, Texas RLI, Oklahoma RLI, SE Oklahoma Association of Realtors (SOAR), The Greater Denton/Wise County Association of Realtors (GDWCAR), National Cattleman’s Beef Association, and the Oklahoma Cattleman’s Association.

Sandra 'Sandy' Bahe

Co-Founder

Sandy Bahe, has been in the real estate industry for more than 27 years. She has a degree in Business Administration and Management, and is an Accredited Land Consultant through the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), and an Accredited Buyer Representative. Sandy grew up in SE Oklahoma in the timber country with cattle and horses and has personally owned and managed two ranches. Sandy’s 40 years of hunting experience has brought her several hunting stories to tell around a campfire. Sandy was a past president of the Oklahoma Realtors Land Institute, the 2011 Oklahoma RLI Realtor of the year, and the past State Director for the Oklahoma Association of Realtors. She is an active member of the National and Oklahoma Realtor’s Land Institute, SE Oklahoma Association of Realtors (SOAR), National Association of Realtors, Accredited Land Consultant Allies, OK Cattleman’s Association, and a supporting member of the National Cattleman’s Beef Association. Sandy is also an active member in her community and church.
